Я вроде сделал, поменял ей место жительства на "подземное убежище" и через колесо приказов сказал ждать там, вроде отклеилась.

Аманда повсюду телепортируется со мной, при быстром перемещении или при заходе в интерьеры и игнорируя команду ждать дома, после этого она снова уходит домой.

И так наконец проблема решена. Я наткнулся на отсутствие тех же мешей пещер во 2 части поисков небес, в "В поисках Небес 3: Синяя бездна" - ретекстур для RA / A Quest for Heaven 3 - Deep Blue: Retexture 1.0" есть AQFH3_texturefix.esp - патч исправлений и совместимости с NMC TP, он ламает пещеры.

Как только я не издевался над сборкой, починить так и не смог - это вроде бы только в "ущелье фестингера" и вылет при заходе в "отель купера".
